A small gesture

It's a small thing, that no one will get, but it's symbolic to me, anyway.

Today I wear black, as did Mike, as did tedyfl. We're in mourning for the lost ideals of peace, freedom, equality, and separation of church and state.

titos2cents, from what I've heard, took the other tack: he wore blue from head to toe. I wish I had thought of that. There's a nice defiance about the idea.

ARGH!

The TabletPC is driving me CRAZY. It must know I'm being unfaithful with the Dell.

I was using the pen and the Semagic LJ client. One of the interface bars got attached to the pen (so to speak) and I accidently dragged it somewhere strange and new, which caused a cascading effect of rearranging all the other components of the client. So now I'm all scrambled, and I can't figure out what happened to the POST ENTRY button. I can still select from the pull-downs, but I just want to straighten out the appearance of the GUI! :( Vexing!
