Aug. 24th, 2000 10:14 amIf I can be summed up in a few words, it would be simple:
one tired camper
I mean, brother, I'm just tired of being tired. I work, I work, I work. When I leave work, I worry about work, assuming I haven't had to bring work home. I would just like to be off-the-clock when I'm off-the-clock finally.
Finally I have a Friday and following Monday where nothing is due out. No frantic running about, consulting with graphics and programming and developers. I can leave at 3:30 PM on the dot and start my weekend with nothing on my mind, nothing to dread...
No fencing tonight or Saturday, sadly. The room for the fencing club is booked for volleyball on Saturday. There is, technically, a fencing club meeting tonight, but it's tough to fence (or in my case, practice footwork endlessly, haven't had a sword in my hand yet) two nights a week for 3 hours and then show up to work, or rather, hobble into work, the next morning as early as I do. Perhaps when I'm in better shape I'll be better able to handle the fatigue.
As it is, I'm not sleeping well, or rather, not sleeping, period. There is so much I want to do! Sleep is such a waste of time. I have been spending the wee hours working on Mike's new website and updating my CamNotes, which someday, one day, I shall actually upload...
