My Noth is thuffed up

Woke up this morning with a stuffy head and burning sinuses. Once I started moving around, it turned to continual sneezing, drippy nose, and burning sinuses. I took Claritin, and eventually it faded to drippy nose, burning sinuses, and sleepy-headedness. I seriously wondered if I could pull it together enough to go to work! I found myself struggling not to nod off in the car, and before I stepped out of the car to pick up a quick Egg McMuffin, I realized I hadn't finished buttoning my shirt. Out of 4 buttons, I had buttoned the top and the bottom. In fact, I realized I hadn't finished brushing my hair and that my pants didn't match my shirt. Now I'm here at work, struggling to stay awake, to keep my nose from dripping everywhere, and to stay hidden behind my desk.
